About Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from initiation to closure, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.




Implement project management methodologies and best practices to enhance project delivery.
Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Proven experience in project management with a focus on delivering complex projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Project Management Qualified (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Experience in managing projects in a technology-driven environment
