Junior Social Media Executive
Experience - 0-1 year
· This role is responsible for growing the online community
· Maintaining a high level of engagement through a variety of strategies and tactics
· Enhancing the community with relevant connections to social media channels, and generally keeping the conversations active and practical.
· Be the social platform and audience specialist, leading the team in all new tools and analytics. Excellent capabilities across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
· Develop, lead creation and manage an editorial calendar, creative and cadence to drive the growth of followers, engagement, and sales across key social channels.
· Execute Influencer campaigns and content creator activations.
· Build tracking links using Adjust regularly.
· Help to oversee the approval process for all campaigns, initiatives, and assets.




· Regular reporting to the wider organisation on current community trends, sentiment, and channel performance.
Skills required:
· Bachelor’s degree in communication, Marketing, or a related field.
· Demonstrate the ability to understand engagement metrics and KPIs.
· Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.
· Sound knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit
· Ability to work for long periods of time as and when required.
· Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising.
· Ability to write catchy content.
· Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.
· In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
