Description -
· HCLTech is looking for passionate and bright individuals to strengthen the Infrastructure Services.
· At HCLTech you would be working with a team of highly motivated, energetic professionals involved in managing business in the Digital Workplace Services within Infrastructure Services vertical.
· The growth opportunities of selected candidates will include, but not limited to - Solution structuring, Domain evangelization, Strategy formulation, Strategic Sales & Account Management, etc. leading to Senior Leadership roles at HCLTech.

Functional Skills:
· Key responsibility would be Digital Workplace Solution Design
· Responsible for all pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI response, conceptualization of solutions, proposal preparation, service mapping.




· Work with the Sales, Practice and Delivery teams to come up with a competitive proposal response.
· Understanding of the Digital Industry with a focus on Digital Workplace domain including Service Desk, Onsite Support, Messaging & Collaboration, MPS, File Sharing, End Point Security, Modern Device Management, DaaS/PCaaS/ Virtualization,
· Understanding of key Digital Workplace terms like User personas, Gig Economy, End User Experience Management.
· Overview of ITIL framework
· Exposure and inclination towards Analytics and Numbers
· Good Analytical skills – well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare proposals, financial business cases and data analysis

· Excellent Written and Business Communication skills.
· Interpersonal skills: Understands Ways of Working, Works seamlessly with peer groups, Ability to connect with Sales and technology teams.
