Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. In this position, the counselor will guide prospective students and families through the admissions process, including understanding their goals, suggesting suitable institutes, and explaining scholarship and development program options. The role involves conducting counseling sessions, managing inquiries across phone, email, and in-person channels,



and maintaining detailed records of interactions and follow-ups. The counselor will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and updated information on colleges and programs, while also contributing to outreach initiatives and enrollment targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing high-quality advisory support, handling escalated cases, and mentoring junior counselors to uphold service standards.
Qualifications
