About the Role
The Project Manager will plan, execute, and deliver projects within the Radar, EW & Communications department. Based in Hyderabad or Bangalore and reporting to the Delivery head, this role leads cross-functional teams of 4–12 members (Product Leads, Developers, SMEs) to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned to technical and business objectives. Success in this role is measured by delivery quality, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities




Delivery Ownership — Own end-to-end project outcomes including scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Drive projects to closure in collaboration with the Delivery Team, ensuring milestones are hit on time and within budget.
Process & Quality — Enforce project management methodologies, standards, and best practices across the project lifecycle. Continuously improve execution efficiency and output quality.
Planning & Tracking — Build comprehensive project plans (tasks, timelines, resources, milestones) and maintain real-time visibility through tracking tools, status reports, and risk reviews.
Customer Engagement — Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer. Hold weekly cadence calls, manage expectations, and proactively surface and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
