Are you passionate about social media, digital storytelling, and building brands that stand out? We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join BHeard, a creative marketing and brand experience studio working with hospitality, lifestyle, and consumer brands.
? Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)
? Experience: Minimum 1 year
? Employment Type: Full-time
What you’ll do:
✨ Develop and execute social media strategies
? Create content calendars and campaign plans
? Manage Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
✍️ Write engaging captions and coordinate publishing
? Create creatives & presentations using Canva
? Plan, manage & optimise Meta Ads campaigns
? Track performance and prepare monthly reports
? Stay updated on trends, competitors & emerging platforms
? Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers & clients
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 1+ year of hands-on social media marketing experience




✔️ Strong understanding of social media growth & engagement
✔️ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
✔️ Proficiency in Canva
✔️ Excellent copywriting and communication skills
✔️ Creative, proactive and organised mindset
✔️ Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
Positive to have: Experience with hospitality, lifestyle or consumer brands, along with familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
