Training Scope:

Corporate Secretarial domain of private limited companies
Assist in drafting and reviewing the contract drafts
To assist in research on legal points for advisory and other related assignments;
Daily tracking of regulatory changes and significant developments
To prepare weekly legal updates on relevant laws;
Maintaining and managing trackers related to legal function processes
Assist in preparing team presentations
To assist in compiling Legal & Compliance related documents;
To support Legal & Secretarial Team in overall day-to-day work.
