Reframe Studios is an early-stage growth and storytelling company focused on helping businesses and individuals strengthen their brand, build credibility, create high-quality content, and generate meaningful business opportunities.
We are currently in the early stages of building our ideal customer strategy and commercial engine.
Rather than assuming exactly who our best customers are from day one, we want to work with someone who can help us identify which customer segments have the strongest need, highest potential value, and best potential for outbound acquisition.
Our approach will involve testing markets, validating different customer segments, refining our positioning, and identifying where Reframe Studios can create the strongest commercial prospect.




We are looking for a Founding Member — Growth & Sales to take significant ownership of this process.

About the Opportunity
This is not a traditional sales job.
You will work directly with the founder to build the commercial side of Reframe Studios from the ground up.
A major part of your role will be helping us answer questions such as:
* Who should we target?
* Which customer segments have the strongest demand?
* Who can we reach effectively through outbound?
* Which type of companies or individuals have the highest willingness to pay? * Which acquisition channels work best?

* How should we position our services for different markets?
* How do we build a repeatable pipeline of qualified prospects?
