Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide advanced L3 support for complex desktop, laptop, OS, application, and endpoint issues.
Troubleshoot escalated hardware, software, network, VPN, Microsoft 365, and security-related incidents.
Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, Group Policy, and endpoint management tools.
Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.
Support Windows OS deployment, patching, upgrades, application packaging, and endpoint configuration.
Work closely with Network, Security, Server, and Application teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
Handle critical incidents and provide technical guidance to L1/L2 support teams.
