Enterprise Sales Manager – West

Experience: 5–8 years in enterprise technology or solution sales
Compensation: ₹15–18 lakh fixed CTC + performance-linked variable and overachievement incentives

The Opportunity
MavenVista is looking for a sincere, ambitious and commercially driven enterprise salesperson who wants to do more than simply move to another sales job.
This role is for someone who wants to build credibility, take ownership of a market and grow with an established enterprise technology company. You will represent VENDX, our AI-native procurement platform, and develop relationships with some of India’s leading manufacturing and corporate organisations.

This is not a lead-generation role. It is a full-cycle enterprise sales position requiring the hunger to create opportunities, the patience to develop them and the commercial courage to take them towards closure.

What You Will Own:
You will be responsible for selected enterprise accounts across Western India, covering the complete sales journey:
Researching target organisations and identifying relevant business opportunities
Developing access to procurement, supply chain, finance, IT and business leadership
Creating new opportunities through thoughtful outreach, networking, referrals and persistent follow-up
Understanding customer processes, pain points and decision priorities
Working with pre-sales and product teams to deliver relevant solution presentations and demonstrations
Building a strong business case around efficiency, control, savings, compliance and decision quality
Coordinating proposals, pilots, commercia
