Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Delhi, India. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients across domestic and international markets. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering business proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal teams to address client requirements, and supporting negotiations to close commercial agreements. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales pipelines, reporting on business development metrics, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives aligned with Synokem’s CDMO, institutional, and ethical marketing objectives.
