Role Description The Human Resources Executive will support and manage day-to-day HR activities for the organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Vadodara and includes responsibilities such as handling HR operations, maintaining employee records, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. The role involves implementing and monitoring HR policies, addressing employee queries, and supporting performance management and engagement initiatives.



The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with managers to ensure compliance with company standards and employment regulations, while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR initiatives.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HRIS usage, payroll coordination support, and recruitment assistance.
Proficiency in Employee Relations, with skills in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and maintaining a respectful work environment.
Ability to implement and interpret HR Policies, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certificat
