Role Description The Commercial Team Leader role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will lead and manage a commercial sales team, set targets, monitor performance, and ensure effective follow-up with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing commercial property sales activities, coordinating with finance and insurance partners,



supporting negotiations and deal closures, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The Commercial Team Leader will collaborate with senior management on sales strategies, coach team members for improved performance, and uphold high standards of client service and professional conduct.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide and motivate a commercial sales team.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Insurance and Finance to support clients with investment-related decisions.
Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and relationship management.
Relevant experience in commercial real estate or related sectors is highly beneficial.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
