Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Counsellor/Sales Executive role for Non Immigration/Visitor Visa services, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves meeting prospective clients,



understanding their travel and visitor visa requirements, and providing accurate, up-to-date guidance on documentation, eligibility, and application processes. The Counsellor/Sales Executive will conduct consultations, explain service offerings, and follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into confirmed applications, striving to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing client records, coordinating with internal processing teams, and ensuring timely communication and resolution of client queries. The role also includes participating in sales initiatives, achieving individual and team targets, and contributing to continuous improvement of counselling and service processes.
