Role Description
This is a Full-time, Remote Technical Recruiter role based in Gurugram. The Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical assessments. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements,



defining job specifications, and maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include using various platforms to build talent pipelines, scheduling and tracking interviews, maintaining recruitment data, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Technical Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications
