Role Description The Safety Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Pune City. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety procedures and standards across architectural and construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site inspections, performing risk assessments, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, and advising project teams on best practices for safe design and execution.



The Safety Engineer will coordinate safety training sessions, maintain documentation related to incidents and corrective actions, and collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors to integrate safety into every project phase. The role also involves supporting security considerations for facilities and actively promoting a culture of safety within the organization and on project sites.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Safety Engineering and Construction Safety, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementation of safety controls on project sites.
