Role Description The General Manager Customer Service is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for leading the customer service function across sales, service, and support operations. This role oversees daily customer interactions, ensures prompt resolution of inquiries and complaints,



and maintains high standards of customer satisfaction at all touchpoints. The General Manager will design and implement customer experience initiatives, develop service policies and KPIs, and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement. They will manage and mentor customer service and support teams, coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure consistent communication, and support training programs to uplift service quality. The role also includes reporting on customer satisfaction metrics, handling escalations, and representing the organization’s customer-centric values in all operational decisions.
Qualifications
Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience, with a demonstrated ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction.
Proven Team Leadership and Training experience, including coaching, performance management, and developing service teams.
