About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Lead Designer to drive the visual direction across our Production House and Creative Agency verticals. This role requires someone who can seamlessly blend storytelling, branding, and marketing design while leading a team to deliver exceptional creative work across films, commercials, digital campaigns, social media, and brand communications.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, hands-on designer, and team leader who can transform ideas into compelling visual experiences while ensuring consistency, quality, and timely execution across multiple projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design process from concept development to final execution.
Define and maintain the creative vision across production and agency projects.
Ensure all creative output aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Present creative concepts and design solutions to internal teams and clients.
Create branding systems, campaign identities, pitch decks, presentations, mood boards, and visual concepts.




Design marketing collateral, digital campaigns, social media creatives, websites, event branding, and print materials.
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, producers, directors, photographers, editors, and motion designers to create impactful campaigns.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Ensure smooth communication between creative, production, and account management teams.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in a Production House, Creative Agency, Branding Agency, or Media Company.
Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects.
Robust portfolio showcasing branding, advertising campaigns, digital creatives, and production-related work.
