Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced UI Full Stack Manager to lead a team of UI and Full Stack developers in designing, developing, and delivering contemporary web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, AWS, and CI/CD, along with experience in team management, project delivery, and application security.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the UI Full Stack development team.
Design and develop scalable web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS.
Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams.
Plan, estimate, and deliver projects on time.
Review code and ensure development best practices.




Mentor team members and support their technical growth.
Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and project tracking.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Implement secure coding practices and resolve security vulnerabilities.
Support production deployments and resolve critical issues.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend: ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS, Redux, Responsive Web Design
Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch)
DevOps & CI/CD: Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins or GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes (Valuable to have)
Security: OWASP Top 10, Secure Coding Practices, Authentication & Authorization, API Security, Vulnerability Management
Team Management
Lead and mentor development teams.
Conduct code reviews and technical discussions.
