Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Support Executive. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels. As a key point of contact,



you will provide support to enhance the overall customer experience and maintain positive relationships. You will represent the brand's dedication to high-quality service and assist in ensuring that customer expectations are met with professionalism and care.
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
Proficiency in Online Support and Technical Support methods
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a professional demeanor
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in the use of customer service software tools is a plus
Previous experience in the jewelry or retail industry is advantageous
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
