About the Role

TransCurators is looking for a creative and hands-on Video Editor & Producer who can manage video projects from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills along with experience in video production, storytelling, shoot coordination, and post-production.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client briefs and develop creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas.
Create scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.
Plan and coordinate video shoots, including locations, talent, equipment, and production teams.
Manage end-to-end video production from pre-production to final delivery.
Edit videos independently using professional editing tools.
Handle cuts, transitions, sound design, subtitles, color correction, motion graphics, and basic VFX.
Coordinate with clients, account managers, writers, designers, and production teams.




Review feedback and implement revisions within timelines.
Ensure videos meet creative, technical, branding, and quality standards.
Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery.

Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in Video Editing, Video Production, Advertising, Digital Media, or Agency environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Good understanding of storytelling, cinematography, editing, and production workflows.
Experience managing video shoots and post-production.
Robust communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating editing and production work.

Good to Have
Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Audition, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Experience with social media, branded, corporate, promotional, or learning videos.
Exposure to AI video tools
