Software design, development experience in RAN products/features in 5G-NR DU Layer 2 – Scheduler Area, RLC and MAC,FAPI.
Experience/Knowledge of one or more of RLC/MAC/PHY/RRC/PDCP.
C/C++, Software design, development, testing, debugging tools experience including build, deployments in cloud native/virtualization setting.
Authoring design documents/ grooming scrum user stories/BL items.
Customer issues analysis using various logs, such as, development/Wireshark logs.
Proficient with using AI tools for design &development;, coding and debugging. For Eg: Any of Co-pilot, Windsurf, Cursor, Claude, Codex etc
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, mentoring to other engineers in team.
