Role Description The Academic Counselor will guide learners through their educational journey by providing academic advising, career counseling, and support in selecting suitable programs aligned with their goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing student queries, monitoring academic progress,



and recommending learning pathways across Jobaaj Learnings’ diverse course offerings. The role also involves collaborating with faculty and program coordinators, organizing information sessions, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions and outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra, requiring regular interaction with learners and team members in person to ensure a high-quality counseling experience.
