EY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop current business opportunities for TMS, GPS tracking and logistics digitization solutions.
Engage with logistics heads, supply chain managers, transport managers and IT teams.
Generate leads through market research, outbound calls, meetings and referrals.
Understand customer logistics processes and position solutions around cost savings, visibility and efficiency.
Client Engagement & Solution Pitching
Conduct product demos and solution walkthroughs.
Work with internal teams to build proposals, scope of work (SOW) and commercial discussions.
Articulate ROI, operational savings and performance improvements through data-driven narratives.
Support negotiations and assist in closing deals.
Account & Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with enterprise and mid-market customers.
Act as the bridge between customers and internal implementation/support teams.
Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities across modules — TMS, GPS, analytics and integrations.
Market & Product Feedback




Track industry trends in logistics, telematics and supply chain technology.
Share customer feedback to sharpen product positioning and inform the feature roadmap.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
1–5 years of experience in B2B sales / business development (not mandatory).
Exposure to logistics, supply chain, SaaS, ERP, TMS, GPS or telematics solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand operational workflows and translate them into business value.
Comfortable working with targets, pipelines and CRM tools.
GOOD TO HAVE
Experience selling to FMCG, manufacturing, transporters or enterprise logistics teams.
Understanding of ERP integrations, freight management, fleet tracking or analytics.
Prior experience in solution selling rather than pure product selling.
