ABOUT THE ROLE
The role involves customer acquisition, loan sales, relationship management, and loan collection/recovery through field-based activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate leads and acquire current customers
• Promote and process loan products
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Manage loan collection and recovery activities
ELIGIBILITY
• Qualification: Intermediate / Graduation – Any Stream
• Experience: 0–2 years
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory
• Comfortable working in a field
