Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and experienced IT Administrator to manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and end-users. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in desktop support, networking, server administration, and vendor coordination. The role requires a proactive individual capable of handling daily IT operations, global helpdesk support, and procurement-related responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesktop & End-User Support
· Installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops and desktops.
· Troubleshooting OS, hardware, and software issues.
· Support for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Office Suite).
· Managing software updates, user access, and license renewals.
· Frequent end-user support via helpdesk tools.
Meeting Room & IT Peripheral Support




· Maintenance and support of meeting room equipment including AV systems and projectors.
· Troubleshooting and support for printers, scanners, CCTV systems, and telecommunication systems.
· Handling smartphone provisioning, installation of business apps, and secure configuration for staff.
· Maintenance of IT peripherals and board-level electronic devices.
Networking & Connectivity
· Setup and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and related network systems.
· Support and management of routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
· Monitoring network performance and ensuring consistent connectivity.
Server & Cloud Administration
· Working knowledge of Windows Server environments.
· Administration of Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Azure, and cloud-based applications.
· Management of file/document systems, shared drives, and permissions.
ERP & Application Support
· Experience in maintaining and supporting ERP systems.
· Installation and troubleshooting of enterprise
