Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson for AV, based in Ludhiana with some flexibility for work from home. The Salesperson will identify and qualify leads, conduct product presentations and demonstrations,



and build strong relationships with resellers, integrators, and end customers in the qualified AV segment. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, and following up to close deals. The role involves coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate product selection, timely delivery, and support, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of AV products, brands, and industry trends. The Salesperson will also be expected to visit client sites, attend industry events or trainings when required, and provide regular sales reporting and market feedback.
Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing in B2B or technology-focused environments.
