Role Description The Field Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying and visiting prospective customers, presenting Synbuzz Technologies’ solutions, and building long-term relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing sales opportunities. The specialist will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, maintain accurate records in sales systems,



and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. Regular travel within Mumbai and nearby regions, as well as participation in client meetings, events, and field activities, is required.
Qualifications

Strong Communication skills for presenting solutions, conducting meetings, and maintaining clear, professional interactions with clients and colleagues.
Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience throughout the client lifecycle.
Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, build pipelines, conduct persuasive pitches, and convert opportunities into successful deals.
Sales Operations skills to manage sales processes, maintain documentation, use CRM tools, and report on performance metrics.
Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably in technology or B2B solutions.
