Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth
Identify and convert high-value business opportunities through inbound leads, referrals, networking, and strategic outreach.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.




Take ownership of the complete sales journey — from the first conversation to successful closure.
Explore new markets, partnerships, and business development opportunities.

HNI Client & Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with HNI clients, entrepreneurs, investors, and business partners.
Understand the client's financial, business, and migration objectives and position relevant advisory solutions.
Deliver a premium, personalized client experience at every stage.
Develop trust through professional communication, transparency, and consultative selling.

Consultative Sales & Client Advisory
Conduct one-on-one consultations, presentations, and solution-based sales discussions.
Understand client goals and explain relevant immigration and global business opportunities.
Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward informed decisions.
Stay updated on relevant immigration pathways, market trends, and client requirements.
