Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The #Hiring position will support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines for technical and non-technical roles. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, drafting job descriptions,



and ensuring a smooth, skilled candidate experience. Daily responsibilities also include updating recruitment trackers, managing communication with candidates, and supporting onboarding processes. The individual will contribute to employer branding initiatives and help optimize recruitment processes to meet project-driven hiring needs.
Qualifications
Talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with hiring managers and engaging candidates.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple open positions and deadlines.
Comfort with using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
Understanding of infrastructure, construction, or power sector roles is an advantage.
