About the Role
We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate development team. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming leads, understanding customer requirements, qualifying prospects, conducting regular follow-ups, and converting leads into site visits and qualified opportunities for the Sales Team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong follow-up ability, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to leads generated through digital marketing, portals, campaigns, referrals and other sources.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their budget, location preference,



property requirement and purchase timeline.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and maintain accurate lead information.
Explain the project, location, specifications, amenities, pricing, payment plans and key USPs to prospective customers.
Generate and schedule site visits / project visits for qualified prospects.
Follow up consistently with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and scheduled site visits.
Maintain daily records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, site visits and lead status in the CRM.
Reconnect with old, inactive and unconverted leads to generate fresh opportunities.
Track customer objections and requirements and share relevant feedback with the Sales & Marketing Team.
Follow up with customers after site visits to understand their interest and move them towards booking.
Coordinate with the sales tea
