Role Description
The Performance Marketing Expert will be responsible for app user acquisition and growth for Safebox, with a primary focus on running, optimizing, and scaling mobile app install and in-app conversion campaigns across Meta, Google App Campaigns, and other relevant performance channels.
This is a hands-on app growth role. The primary responsibility is not general digital marketing or website lead generation. You will own the complete performance marketing funnel from app installs and attribution through in-app events, subscriptions,



revenue, retention, and LTV.

You will manage campaign performance, analyze MMP and product data, optimize toward meaningful in-app events, and continuously improve CAC, ROAS, retention, and customer lifetime value. The role also involves working closely with product, design, and data teams to improve creatives, onboarding, conversion funnels, and in-app experiences.

Must have
4-6 years in-house app growth.
Hands-on MMP ownership (AppsFlyer, Adjust or Branch). You have defined event schemas and debugged attribution yourself, not just read dashboards.
Optimised on in-app events, not installs. Name the event and the cost you drove it to.
iOS 14+ reality: SKAN, AEM, conversion value mapping.
Meta, Google App Campaigns at scale.
Data fluency past pivot tables. You will join MMP events to subscription revenue by hand.
Plus: subscription apps, cohort and LTV thinking, RevenueCat, Regulated
