About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Accountant to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and day-to-day accounting activities. The candidate must possess strong accounting fundamentals and be proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliation activities.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and related compliance.
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Process vendor payments and monitor outstanding balances.
Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing activities.




Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments as required.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.

Required Skills & Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of GST and TDS regulations and compliance.
Clear understanding of accounting principles and basic accounting concepts.
Professional working experience in:
Tally
Zoho Books
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage industry.
Ability to handle accounting activities independently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
