Role Description The Faculty Member role at Aakash Educational Services Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The faculty member is responsible for teaching and mentoring students preparing for NEET, JEE, board exams, and other competitive examinations, using structured lesson plans and standardized teaching methodologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering classroom lectures, clarifying concepts, conducting doubt-solving sessions, assigning and evaluating tests and assignments, and tracking student performance to provide timely feedback and support. The role also involves contributing to academic content development, such as question banks and study material, participating in faculty training programs, and collaborating with academic and centre teams to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
