Role Description The Senior Lighting Application Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, responsible for supporting the design, application, and performance of advanced LED and outdoor lighting solutions. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project requirements, preparing lighting designs and layouts, performing photometric calculations,



and recommending appropriate luminaires and controls for roadways, industrial sites, campuses, and area lighting projects. The role involves providing technical support to sales teams, partners, and customers, including handling technical queries, contributing to proposals, and participating in project reviews. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams on product application improvements, conduct testing and validation of lighting installations, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and document best practices. The position also requires mentoring junior engineers, assisting in application-related training, and supporting continuous enhancement of Kesslec’s smart lighting solutions.
