Role Description The RE Section Automation Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing automation systems for network product manufacturing, including robotics and process control solutions. Daily tasks include diagnosing equipment issues, performing root cause analysis, coordinating with electrical and mechanical teams, and improving system reliability and efficiency.



The engineer will develop and update standard operating procedures, support production teams with technical guidance, and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance yield, safety, and throughput. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate current technologies and ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices is a key part of this role.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Automation and Robotics for manufacturing and process optimization.
Candidates should possess solid Electrical Engineering and Process Control skills to design, integrate, and maintain control systems.
Candidates should possess advanced Troubleshooting skills to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve equipment and process issues.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
