Santram Engineers supplies gearboxes, fluid couplings, electric motors, gear couplings, electromagnetic brakes, bearings, and holdbacks for diverse industrial applications.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer – Bearings, based in Ahmedabad and Jaipur. This is to cater all of Gujarat and Rajasthan. The Sales Engineer will identify and develop business opportunities for bearing products, manage the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, and maintain relationships with industrial customers and distributors. Daily tasks include visiting customer sites, understanding application requirements, proposing suitable technical solutions, preparing quotations,



and following up for negotiations and order finalization. The Sales Engineer will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support growth strategies for the bearings portfolio.
Qualifications
Solid Sales Engineering and technical application skills related to bearings and power transmission products.
Proficiency in providing Technical Support, including product selection, troubleshooting, and on-site guidance.
Demonstrated Sales and Customer Service abilities, with experience managing accounts and meeting sales targets.
Effective Communication skills for working with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
Experience in Bearing Industry and Bearing sales is a must.
Ability to travel regularly within assigned regions and work independently in the field.
