Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Practice Head – Cybersecurity to lead and scale our Cybersecurity Practice. This role will be responsible for defining the practice strategy, developing service offerings, driving commercial growth, strengthening OEM relationships, improving delivery excellence, and enabling the sales organization with differentiated cybersecurity solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in cybersecurity consulting, managed security services,



solution architecture, GTM strategy, practice management, and executive stakeholder engagement while owning the overall capability and commercial success of the practice. The role closely aligns with building and scaling cybersecurity practices, leading enterprise security transformations, and managing strategic partnerships from security standpoint.

Define and execute the Cybersecurity Practice strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals, driving innovation, growth, and long-term practice maturity.
Build, scale, and manage end-to-end cybersecurity service offerings across Consulting, Professional Services, and Managed Security Services (MSS), ensuring market competitiveness.
Own the overall practice P&L; by driving Order Booking (OB), Contribution Margin (COR), profitability, pricing strategy, commercial models, and practice-level financial performanc
