ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive Client Acquisition Partner to help us identify, approach, and qualify potential clients. You will be responsible for developing recent business opportunities through thoughtful, personalised outreach. The role is focused on starting relevant conversations and booking qualified discovery calls not sending high volumes of generic messages.
The founder will lead the main discovery calls, prepare proposals, negotiate final terms, and close suitable opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Research brands that match our target client profile
• Identify founders and relevant marketing decision-makers
• Build and maintain organised prospect lists
• Conduct personalised outreach through LinkedIn, Instagram, and email
• Start conversations with potential clients
• Understand each prospect’s needs, challenges, budget range, and timing
• Qualify prospects before booking discovery calls
• Follow up consistently and professionally
• Book suitable meetings with the founder
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and responses
• Share insights about objections and market feedback
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, outbound sales, or business development
• Strong written and spoken English
• Ability to write personalised, professional outreach messages
• Confidence communicating with founders and senior decision-makers
• Good research and qualification skills
• Consistency with follow-ups and pipeline managemen
