Role Description The Head of Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurangabad Taluka, responsible for overseeing all HR functions across Ratnapprabbha Motors. The role includes designing and implementing HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives, managing HR operations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.



Day-to-day responsibilities involve leading employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning, as well as developing training and development programs to build capabilities and engagement. The Head of HR will partner closely with senior leadership to support organizational culture, change management, and retention initiatives, while continuously improving HR processes, systems, and metrics.
Qualifications
Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience leading HR teams and functions.
Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies, with demonstrated ability to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Proven expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
