About The Role

We are seeking agile, target-oriented, and high-energy Relationship Managers to join our core sales team at The Wedding Company. This role is focused on inside sales,



emphasizing proactive outbound calling, virtual consultations, objection handling, follow-ups, and closing premium wedding service bookings. The ideal candidate will be confident on calls, eager to meet sales incentives, and adept at managing high-value clients with ownership and persistence. Your primary responsibility will be converting qualified leads into paying clients by conducting virtual meetings, understanding their wedding requirements, presenting our services convincingly, and closing bookings against a pre-defined token amount. This is a high-performance, revenue-generating role that involves fast-paced execution, clear targets, and significant growth opportunities within a vibrant startup environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess at least 1+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, or business development, with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales
