About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is pivotal in supporting the daily accounting operations for our diverse client portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for recording and reconciling financial transactions, maintaining accurate general ledgers,



and preparing routine journal entries in accordance with established accounting standards and firm procedures. The Bookkeeper will also assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entry, and maintaining organized, audit-ready records. Qualifications
A minimum of CA IPCC qualification and a B.COM degree are required.
Experience working with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online is considered an asset.
Strong bookkeeping skills, including maintaining general ledgers and handling daily transaction recording.
Proficiency in creating, posting, and documenting Journal Entries with proper approvals and supporting documentation.
