About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on AI Transformation Engineer to design, deploy, and support systems that make AI tools practical, scalable, and effective across the organization. This role focuses on turning AI from a conceptual capability into reliable, production-ready infrastructure that teams can use in their day-to-day work.

You will work on building agentic workflows, integrating AI tools, and enabling teams to leverage AI through well-structured prompts, automation, and operational configurations. This is a highly impactful role requiring solid problem-solving skills, technical depth, and the ability to operate in a fast-evolving AI landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain AI-powered skills, plugins, and agentic workflows for enterprise use
Troubleshoot workflow failures, system issues, and user challenges to ensure reliability and performance
Manage AI system configurations including model access, rate limits, usage policies, and team settings




Support prompt engineering initiatives by creating robust system prompts and instructions for real-world usage
Integrate and connect tools across multiple ecosystems (including Anthropic and Microsoft environments)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and implement practical AI solutions
Advise stakeholders on AI tool selection and best-fit solutions for specific business problems
Translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable and usable enterprise solutions
Operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving tools, priorities, and use cases

Required Skills & Tech Stack
5–8 years of experience in software engineering or AI system development
Proven experience building and deploying AI systems in production environments
Hands-on experience with Claude tools (Chat, Code, Cowork) or similar AI platforms
Strong experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n or equ
