Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Ahmedabad. The Salesperson will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in the construction and infrastructure market. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings and site visits, presenting products and services, preparing quotations and proposals, and following up to close deals. The role involves coordinating with project, operations,



and finance teams to ensure accurate pricing, timely delivery, and high-quality customer service. The Salesperson will maintain sales records, track performance against targets, and provide regular updates and market feedback to management.
Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, building materials, infrastructure, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to understand project requirements, interpret basic technical or product information, and present suitable solutions.
Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, email, and basic presentation software for reporting and client communication.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
