Job Summary We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of Krispy Kreme store expansion projects. The role will be responsible for delivering current cafés, kiosks, and production facilities on time, within budget, and as per brand quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end execution of new store and renovation projects. • Coordinate with Design, Business Development, Operations, Procurement,



and Finance teams. • Supervise civil, interior, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment installation. • Monitor project timelines, quality, and CAPEX budgets. • Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors. • Conduct site feasibility studies and technical inspections. • Ensure statutory, safety, and engineering compliance. • Drive timely project handover for successful store launches. Qualifications • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or related field. • 8–15 years of experience in retail, QSR, hospitality, or commercial fit-out projects. • Strong knowledge of project execution, vendor management, CAPEX, and MEP services.
