Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retrofit Sales role based in Bengaluru.



The Retrofit Sales professional will identify and qualify retrofit opportunities in existing HVAC and building management installations, conduct site visits, and prepare technical and commercial proposals. The role includes engaging with clients to understand their requirements, presenting retrofit solutions that enhance efficiency and performance, and negotiating contracts to close sales. The individual will collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate solution design, cost estimation, and timely delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve maintaining a sales pipeline, achieving revenue targets, providing post-sale support, and contributing to market feedback and product improvement initiatives.
