Role Description The Field Services Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining IoT devices and related systems at customer locations, ensuring that solutions are running reliably and efficiently.



Day-to-day tasks include performing routine and preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex problems. The Field Services Engineer also provides on-site technical support, trains customers on system usage and basic maintenance, and documents service activities, reports, and recommendations. The position requires regular interaction with customers to understand their operational needs and ensure a high standard of service and satisfaction.
Qualifications

Strong field service capabilities, including on-site installation, configuration, and system maintenance.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and technical support for IoT devices, networks, and related infrastructure.
Experience with preventive maintenance practices to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
Solid customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clear
