About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our Product Engineering Team of our VeriTouch solution built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform. This role involves technical leadership, and hands-on oversight of development processes to deliver a scalable high-quality product. The ideal candidate is experienced in designing enterprise-grade applications, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing software engineering team environment.

Qualifications
15+ years of proven hands-on experience with the .Net platform, C#,



Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform, including Model Driven Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform technologies.
At least 5+ years of managerial experience leading and developing technical teams.
Expertise in leading enterprise-grade application development and managing large-scale projects.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and quality engineers.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead cross-functional software development teams, including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives to ensure successful product delivery aligned with business goals.
