Role Description As an Entrepreneur in Residence at Xinquiry, you will lead strategic initiatives that enhance the platform’s growth, user experience, and market positioning. In this full time remote role, you will identify new business opportunities, design and test hypotheses, and collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to launch and iterate on new features or services.



You will analyze user data and feedback to refine value propositions for employers and candidates, develop partnerships with educational institutions and organizations, and contribute to go-to-market strategies. Day-to-day activities include conducting market and competitive research, creating lean business models, supporting fundraising or investor discussions when needed, and mentoring team members on entrepreneurial thinking and execution. You will play a key role in shaping Xinquiry’s roadmap and building scalable processes that support rapid experimentation and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in starting, scaling, or significantly growing products, services, or ventures.
Strong skills in market research, strategy development, and business model design, especially in HR tech, edtech, or talent marketplaces.
