About The Role

As the Manager of Payroll Operations at Straive, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll processes across multiple entities within India. This strategic leadership role requires a comprehensive understanding of Indian payroll legislation, statutory compliance, and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance,



Legal, and external vendors to ensure payroll is executed accurately, timely, and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Your leadership will be instrumental in standardizing payroll processes, optimizing systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, you will manage a team of payroll professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, compliance, and innovation.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience managing payroll operations within India, preferably across multiple legal entities.
Proven track record of handling large employee populations with high accuracy and compliance standards.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline. An MBA or PGDM qualification is preferred.
